How to Use (Quick Steps)
-
Rinse and connect the electrode; attach the temperature probe.
-
Press Cal → select buffer set → step through up to 5 points.
-
Rinse, blot dry; immerse in sample; wait for stability icon.
-
Press Hold/Save to log; optionally Print/Export via USB/RS-232.
-
Store the electrode in KCl storage solution after use.
Good Practices & Maintenance
-
Calibrate daily or when accuracy matters; always include pH 7.00.
-
Replace storage cap solution regularly; never store dry.
-
Check slope (ideal 95–105%) and offset (±30 mV) to assess electrode health.
-
Use fresh buffers at 20–25 °C; avoid contamination by pouring, not dipping.
-
Schedule electrode replacement every 12–18 months (usage dependent).
